I am Richelle Namora a License Professional Teacher 2022, I used to work at BPO company under travel account in Sutherland Global Services. I have experienced communicating with the customer using outbound call and also handles a customer care non-voice. As a customer service associate I deal with an angry customer sometimes as well as in the non-voice chat. Most of the time some customer wants to answer them clearly and with a speed response to their concern. Dealing with angry customer is difficult but if you already know how to handle it you can satisfy the needs of the customer.
