This is my first time joining an online platform. But I have worked as a Japanese customer support representative (CSR) for both Japanese and English clients here in the Philippines.
I have worked in the field as a Japanese CSR for more than 10 years now.
I have lived and studied in Japan at a public school for 5 and half years. From Grade 3 (Elemntary) up to 2nd year junion highschool to be specific.
I passed both Japanese Language Profeciency Test (JLPT) N3 and N2.
I can handle inbound and outbound calls if needed.
As well as emails and chat inquiries.
