To be honest I don't have any experience in this kind of industry. I've bee with a BPO company for about 2 years handling a US account for 3 months for 3 months which is Chat/Email support or customer service and a UK account for 1 year anf 9 months and ink my experience will definetely help me to learn a lot of new things easily. I just wanna explore my skills and also wants to work in the comfort of my home. I am willing to learn a lot of things in this kind of job as I wants to challenge myself as well.
