I have 2 years experienced in a BPO industry, I was a Technical Chat and Email Support Representative for a year under Google. I am not quite familiar with data entry job but I am highly trainable if given a chance. I was also a Market Researcher, we conduct presidential surveys at that time. And was also a Lead Generation Specialist, we gather potential leads from IT Professionals.
When I was a Technical Support Representative under Google, my job was to provide detailed steps on how to troubleshoot their devices such as Google Home speakers, Google Chromecast and Google Wifi. And once we've determined that the devices are beyond repair, we'll send the transacation to our managers and ask for permission to process a replacement.
We're also the ones who will process the replacement if we confirmed that the devices were still under warranty. But if not, then the customer must have to buy a new one.
