So,everyone knows that a person can be a good speaker in the front of peoples. But, much of peoples don't do that because thinking that how they can treat you. Like a person doing a great job but the haters don't like and they started making rumours of his job,getting afraid off. A person can give a speech to make peoples more humourable and doing some great jobs to make our society well. Lets take an example, a man who is from another caste and giving speeches to make peoples vigilant but the other caste's peoples don't want to do there speech because they think that the man is doing against their caste and the casteism case happens. This the reason that no one is a good speaker, peoples fears of casteism and don't do any social work so there will be no development in society. If we need a great society so we want to do a great jobs to everyone.
