Hello! You can call me Trina, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Studies from the University of Santo Tomas where I started proofreading multiple undergrad theses from different departments. I’ve always had passion for checking & editing grammar, spelling, punctuation marks and anything related to Linguistics for that matter.
I have been working as a Freelance proofreader since 2018. Part of my job is to go through the whole editing process thoroughly, from fact-checking to coordinating with my clients to assess the thought and comprehensibility of the manuscript. I counter-check my understanding with theirs ensuring that no details are left unchecked, then I submit the edited version of their papers earlier than the deadline in case there would be revisions.
