l have been working as a customer service,I'm good at reading and writing in Kiswahili and English. I use a few different strategies to stay organized and efficient in my work. I keep a to-do list of all the tasks I need to complete. I also use a calendar to keep tasks by urgency and importance.
One challenge I faced in my previous job was dealing with a high volume of data from different customers.
