I studied Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English in college. I used to work as a Customer Service Representative for a few years, during which time I spent speaking with foreigners using the English language, which honed my great command in the English language. I also worked as a quality analyst where I have to make countless reports daily, and correct/edit and even grade my agents' oral and written correspondences. Although I was an editor for our schoolpaper back then, I haven't formally worked as an editor or proofreader for a living (this will be my first time), but I'm confident that all the experiences I have will make me an excellent proofreader and editor (not to mention accurate and fast, as those two qualities I possess from my many years in working as a quality assurance specialist).
