I have been an ardent teacher..who give her children full focus and command over public speaking in English..as we all know now a days English speaking has become mandatory but but due to lack of proper guidance children hesitate to speak in public..so just an endeavour to boost confidence in them...i have 2years of experience in teaching and have groomed many students for public speaking. I have seen many people get humiliation just because they cannot speak properly and fluently and consider themselves inferior. Sometime people know what to speak but they are afraid of speaking that if they speak wrong ..might be they will be a laughing stock..but it's nothing like that.. communication is a skill and to achieve any skill one has to practice more and more..it's just need practice practice practice....a proverb is there that " practice makes a man perfect" I'll be the one who will guide you to the right path.
