I am Elizabeth Macharia. Why should you entrust me to teach your children? These days its hard to find a tutor who is not teaching just for the money. Who is kind and gentle when teaching and who actually wants to engage with their students. So what makes me different is that I love teaching, helping someone understand a concept they had considered hard and impossible to grasp. I just love seeing the joy in someone's face when they light up after understanding that hard math problem.
I also love mathematics. It is my favourite subject and it pains me when people say its hard and yet its not. It just needs patience and continuous practice. I am willing to be there for my student, to be patient through it all until they have understood fully and they can say truly it was easy. I believe anyone can do anything even solve the hardest of things they never could. I have done some tutoring jobs with some people who I saw were doing it just for the money and I promsed myself not to be like that. I loved teaching my friends at school too. I am young and energetic and most of I love socializing with new people. I will make sure to also provide a safe environment for my students. Thank you.
