In my last position, I served as a full-time missionary in Olongapo Mission. My days were filled with opportunities to share the gospel, from teaching investigators about the plan of salvation to helping them overcome personal challenges. I had many conversations with individuals who were seeking a deeper understanding of the church and its teachings. I also helped them to understand their commitments to the gospel and sometimes even assisted them with personal challenges they were facing.
I truly enjoyed the variety of experiences I had as a missionary. It was a constant learning process, and I was always grateful for the opportunity to grow spiritually. But what I loved most about the job was the chance to help people draw closer to Christ. It was so rewarding to see investigators progress in their faith and experience the joy of the gospel.
I felt like I was making a difference in their lives by helping them find peace and purpose.
