I am excited about the opportunity to be considered for the position of Data Entry Clerk for. I have experience in entering, maintaining, and reporting data from multiple sources over the 09 years I have been working as a Document Officer at Nuwani Construction (Pvt) Ltd. I take pride in my accuracy and timely delivery in entering and transferring data into relevant data repositories. I thrive in a challenging working environment, that exists in a construction company with LKR 5-10 multi-billion construction projects taken over continuously.
My time at Nuwani Construction (Pvt) Ltd. at Sri Lanka has been spent productively assisting the management by entering data accurately and expeditiously. Furthermore, I carry the responsibility of creating highly important documentation of ISO standards, tender annexures, and procurement including financial and non-financial labor and machinery record keeping.
With my efficiency and ability to accurately feed information into the system quickly, I was able to contribute to my company’s monthly targets.
I am skilled at using many Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. I have familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. At Nuwani Construction(Pvt) Ltd., I use our in-house software to convert manual data to electronic data. Besides data entry, my other duties consist of typing correspondence, running the printer, and providing general assistance to the management.
I am currently working as a part time data entry operator in USA project. Mainly doing in this project is searching and enter all details of universities and faculties in USA in to their software.
