Good day!
My name is Andrea Ramona Y. Segaya. I graduated last April 2016 and from there, I immediately work as a loans processor in a financing company. As their loans processor, I Entertain and orient clients about the company policies relative to payments, accounting procedures, etc. I Answer clients inquiries professionally and with confidence.
I also facilitate in client's signing of documents, Post dated checks, collection of processing fees and I perform documentation process and procedures for approved loan accounts. I am also incharge to do some Monitoring and filing of Insurance renewals and loan folders.
Fast forward to 2021, they transferred me as the company's cashier and social media manager. I also applied as a financial advisor and my job is to offer clients financial advise and plans. My current job is still under the financing company here in the philippines but was promoted as Executive Assistant.
I offer administrative support and Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or teams to facilitate project completion.
