I have BPO experience for both travel and healthcare account. As a travel agent, I'm used to gather the needs of my customer and provide the best options based on the those needs. After a year, I became a Subject Matter Expert. As an SME, my job is to guide, help, and answer the questions of the new hire agents. After that, I applied to be a Quality Auditor and got accepted. As an Auditor both in Travel and Healthcare account, my task is to audit the calls and make sure that the agents are following the guidelines to provide excellent customer service.
