Hello,
I have more than 6 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance, and I am perfect in data entry. The online / remote working is more interesting to me, as I have flexible time for doing my tasks.
I am best in the following parts:
- Review procurement transactions to ensure adequate supporting documentation, accuracy of amounts and control over payments.
- Bookkeeping / Data Entry
- Entering tax data / report, into the online TAX system.
- Converting information from Word document to Excel files.
- Verify monthly payroll records.
- Bi-weekly review and upload of journals to PSF/UNIT4.
- Prepare the monthly bank reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts: prepayments, Accruals, Staff Salary advances.
- Review of partner reports.
- Check the available grant budgets before releasing any funds for purchase requests and to the partners’ fund request.
- Conduct spot checks and training with the Finance and program team.
I have more than 2 years’ experience in online/remote working.
