About my work experience: I have worked in Ethiopia's Health system for over 15 years, i am very expert in data collection designing, and implementing of health and health-related research and evaluations.
I can design data collection tools for different surveys using ODK and Kobo collections. this data is transported into different MS formats like Excel spreadsheets and another statistical packages SPSS and Stata.
I can train data collectors and supervisors for different survey data collection. I have worked as a monitoring and evaluation expert in more than 5 international and national NGOs and government systems at all levels.I do have a good ability to produce work with expected time and quality as per the client's needs.
