School dropout is a major effects to nomadic communities.
Nomadic communities comprises of Turkana from Turkana County, Samburu from Samburu county,Maasai from Narok and Kajiado county.
One of the major effects for children to left schools and engaged outside school routine is lack of role models in the society.In the community involved there is no any majorly successful mens and sisters from the same community or clanism who had get the spirit of education and being successful in life by building themselves both financially and status by acquiring new names like Professors and Doctors.There is very limited number of such people in the society hence coming generations has no clear moral of countinuing with the studies
Secondary is lack of fees,nomads depends on livestock and when is had become dry and all cattles,goats and sheep died family will lack resources to sell inorder for a student to go to school thereby ends being in the family
Thirdly is early marriages,girls are being married at a very early stage without them being realize the value of education and it's values and benefits,when a child is about 10 years or less her father will give out her to inlaws in exchange of livestock for wealth
Finally early pregnancies, early pregnancies are numbered in Nomadic pastrolist communities because of lack of control measures or use of contraceptive like condoms to reduce pregnancy in the society,they don't know the importance of use of condoms and how to acquire them from for ease use.
