It is expected to be heavy to very rainfall in next 72 hours according to IMD Colaba , We experienced quite low performance of rain from last 5-6 days but it will be no longer due to low pressure area formed in areabian sea it is expected to heavy to moderate rainfall at entire western ghat section mainly northern parts of konkan and Palghar region as well.
Orange alert has already been declared for the western coast, imd Colaba has declared notice for the fishermans to take precautionary measures during next few days.
Furthermore, there is an offshore trough, which is very strong. There is a cyclonic circulation in the northeast Arabian Sea and in adjoining Gujarat coast.
