Hello!
I'm Phobe, currently working in banking industries here in Philippines as customer relation assistance for 16years. I manage the openning of accounts, answers customer inqueries and client's account balances concerns. I also deals with some cross selling of our products like investments and insurances.
I also manage clients funds like giving them advises into which product that their investment could earn more. Monitoring of bank accounts is my expertise, I can classify income and expenses for easier monitoring. I can do office job as per instructed since I am also a direct assistant of our manager. I need a part time job since my current salary is not enough for our daily expenses with my kids. I'm a single mom which makes me to be more eager and dedicated for this job since I'm really in need of it.
