Hi,
I started my typing career way back in 2008. Back then we had one of the few documentation places in town and everyone in my family had to work in the office either as a typist or a receptionist. Since then i've been doing typing jobs on a part time basis. I can say i have grown in it and my skills are impeccable.
I have had the opportunity to transcribe various books for university lecturers as well as prepare handouts and articles for students. I've worked as a secretary in two schools and my task was basically typing information into the school database, minutes of seminars, worshops and both official and unofficial staff meetings.
I have also worked in a publishing house on a contract to transcribe voice recordings and interviews into brochures. I believe this is an opportunity to put my skills to use while making some money for myself.
