Hi  I'am Amalia Orcas!

I am writing to express my interest in typing job.  I was trained to have excellent attention to detail since I was working as Administrative Assistant for 20 years.  I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing. 

In my current position, I am in charge of bookkeeping and organizing the schedule of our staff. I am also responsible for filing and keeping student records, purchasing, sending emails and answering phone calls. I possess excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and Word files.  Additionally, my accuracy rates are extremely high and I have terrific time management and organizational skills.  I guaranteed that I can complete all the deadlines since I was trained in a multi-tasking job.  

In my previous jobs, I worked in a Construction firm, wherein I am in charge of quotations and bidding.  I also worked in a Research Company as an editor for the surveys they made. These job experiences enhance me a lot in reading, typing skills and being responsible in meeting deadlines.
