I am Joy Martha and I will like to take students Biology.
I really derive happiness in teaching students, they make me feel fulfilled when teaching them, and I was also able to understand that the way each student assimilate is quite different from others.
I started teaching since I was in grade 8 and this makes my work experience 4 years now, I understood that teaching requires patience and understanding, because sometimes it's a little bit stressing but I just have to understand the fact that I'm teaching people with different mind set.
But, as stressing and tiring teaching may be, I'm cool with it and I will be very happy if I get this job for my stated amount.
I'm willing to do this job with my might, strength and everything within me.
Actually, when I started teaching, I felt like it was annoying but with time I adapted to it and I understood what teaching is like.
