I am a silly little 18 year old girl from India who likes to read and write. Along with reading and writing i have many other hobbies as well but still writing is one of a thing that i enjoy doing the most. Therefore i'm choosing this platform to showcase my talent and love for writing.
So, i'm gonna present one of my writings here. The name of the article is "Importance of Physical education"
Physical education is a very important factor in a student's life. Every school should provide proper physical education to their students.
Well, it is true that students need to study their lessons and gain knowledge but they also require to stay physically and mentally fit inorder to carry on with their lessons properly.Physical fitness often leads to mental fitness and inorder to study and understand properly a student needs to be mentally fit.
It can also secure health and well being in a person's adulthood as well as teach them a lot of very important aspects like social relations and behaviours in different situations.
Inorder to stay physically fit, we need to be engaged in different outdoor sports and also do exercises regularly. Doing exercise regularly and eating healthy will keep our body fit and free from deiseases.
Therefore, along with providing knowledge,schools should also pay much attention in providing good physical education to their students.
