My name is Catherine Kwame and I love to provide logistics and customer care solutions.
I have worked with companies like Amaris terminal providing transportation solutions, also with inchcape shipping services and integrated service solutions providing customer service solutions.
While working in inchcape and Integrated service solutions I started in the role of data entry and rose to managing client accounts. Accounts such us Eni Siapem, SMT Volvo, Mantrac, EMAS, and lot more.
My role in inchcape shipping and integrated service solutions involved collating all operational data and categorizing them in the EDI system provided to help inform the customer and other interdependent departments on each stage of the workflow. It also help finance generate the final invoices to the customer.
I went on to manage a team of 3 in following the above process.
In Amaris I oversaw a fleet of 27 trucks, with 30+ drivers and 6 direct reporting staff. I ensured the daily movement of these trucks by collaborating with sales to get source for jobs for them in and out of the country. I succeeded in both areas.
