About this Talent:
I have been with the Commission on Audit (COA) for more than 12 years and currently holding a State Auditor III position and currently designated as OIC-Audit Team Leader of Audit Group LGS D, Cebu II-Team R7-04 auditing Toledo City and its 38 barangays. I have been previously assigned as Audit Team Member to audit the Municipality of Danao, Calape, Clarin, Tubigon and Inabanga as well as its respective barangays. I was also given opportunity to be assigned as Audit Team Member to audit the Province of Cebu and the different district and provincial hospitals under it.
I was part to the team which assisted the Office of the Ombudsman on field validation of the recipients of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) projects in CY 2014 and the team which conducted monitoring of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) relief operations intended for the survivors of Typhoon Yolanda in CY 2013.
Before I joined COA, I was the Provincial Accountant (Accountant II) of the Department of Agrarian Reform-Cebu Provincial Office for more than five years. I also did accounting works for different private companies prior to joining the government.
