Education:-
When it comes to my education, I have completed doctor of pharmacy (pharm d) with 1 year internship program from SGRRITS Dehradun.
Medical internship:-
During this period I was given the opportunity of ward rounds with physician at various departments (general medicine, psychiatry, pulmonary, pediatrics). My key responsibilities were Case assessment, follow-up, patient counselling and prescription auditing assigned by NABH to ensure safety and efficacy of a drug.
Reporting adverse drug reactions and medication error and suggesting strategies to minimize ADRs for enhancing the safety of patients and to select appropriate therapy.
Project work:
I have also published review and research article in journals on the following topics:
1. An Overview: Antibiotic Sensitive Pattern in Urinary Tract Infection.
2. Uropathogen Profile and Susceptibility Pattern Among Patients of UTI at Shri mahant indiresh Tertiary Care Hospital Dehradun.
