I am a Physical and Health Education instructor willing to teach how to be healthy physically, mentally and socially.
My aim is to support and teach my students reasons why they should no more about there health, Why they need to know how to manage there health the level of which they can operate and living within there health status,
To aim on how to use physical training to build up a healthy living life style and how to associate with people around them
To also teach my students to Build a healthy mental health with physical education
My objective are aimed at teaching my students how to live a healthy live with the aid of recreational activities
