I used to work as a customer service representative in a telco account i do handle billing for five(5) line of business (LOB'S) i do handle internet,cable, home phone, homme security and a mobile phones, as a billing representative i can say it wasn't easy but i always do my best do reach my target everyday and close a sale , i work 9 hours a day and working overtime if needed, work 5days in a week but salary is still not enough , I am a very hardworking person, I am optimistic, patient and I am computer literate.
