Guilt is something that everyone faces at different times.But some people are consumed by it and fails to fight it . Others undergoes stress, depression and commit even suicide.We can't stop the guilt from already done action until we let it become the "guilt"
In the bible Judas Iscariot felt guilty after receiving the money.It only comes after a made decision but how we deal with it is a problem.It is like a stimulation of punishment to our wrong behavior and vice versa,is a reward when we look at the positive side ,in which it means ignorance or justification of our own ego.
It's hard for individuals to overcome the guilt because they can't fathom what it is but accept the situations confuse them.At times they make decisions and fail to overcome it that's when they ask for help from others in which will help them drop the guilt to their subconscious mind.
