Even though I don't have direct experience in this industry.Throughout my recent job I've developed problem-solving,strong communication, and organizational skills that are transferable to any role.I'm eager to apply these skills to a new environment and am committed in quickly adapting and excelling in this industry.I handle stress by staying organized,prioritizing task and having a open communication with the team and also I find that taking short breaks to refocus and practizing mindfulness techniques helps me manages my stress effectively.
This job can help me improve my skills and gain more experience to be the best version of myself.There was a time I have to work with another Supervisor that complained about our gondolas and stocks.I take time to get to know her.I found out that she's having a hard time because she's the breadwinner of the family.
