Hi,
I worked closely with truckers and logistics company by customising their insurance policies and help by lowering their insurance risk. Policies include physical damage, motor truck cargo etc. My role for this designation was to make their respective policies as per their need and requirements.
Moreover, i also worked as quality associate where i used to give training to other mates i.e., providing core knowledge a about company and its policies along with logistics company information and its role and responsibilities which we are supposed to handle. We worked entirely on emails as our client was based in Tenessee , USA .
We got a file stating all the information which a trucker needs in order to get a premium and lower risk for their vehicles. There is no limit of the vehicles by trucks as it could be 50-100 trucks and more.
