As In today's world the mental health is the thing which isn't discussed. Lots of the social evils and wrong happenings in this world affects the mental health of people. From kids to old age, mental health is necessary and it's important. Lots of people are shy or just can not discuss about how they are feeling but this thing should be stopped. As teenagers now a days are not able to discuss about their lives and mental health, when they are in extreme problem or no problem it leads to suicide.
Lots of adults too find it childish or like to complain about everything, but discussing isn't complaining. There is a need to take everything off your chest, whatever is affecting you. Telling someone something does a lot good to your mind.
