I've worked as a data entry operator for like 5 years, this includes updating product details and prices at a grocery store, inputing personal information of hired employees and other office works that needs encoding data. Moreover, I also had an experience as a customer service representative that requires me to input customers given information such as the account name and number as well as processing their requested bank documents as fast as I can to meet the average handle time as per matrix.
