As a customer service It's important to greet customers with smile face and make then feel comfortable with you , communication is another very important key , then always give them a listening ear.
Base on experience I have 3 years experience, so on what I observe so far some customers are arrogant and quite disturbing, but you have to calm down and follow them with a good heart and also make them feel at home so some of them will now listen and explain their problem to you for you to solve in a quite way, being arrogant towards the customer causes much issues than you expect so the best way to solve their problem is being calm and giving them a listening ear .
