I have experience in attending to customers since i own an online store called Habibi baby and kids store which i started in March this year. With this kind of business you only communicate with people via WhatsApp and calls, this has enabled me to know how best to communicate with different kinds of people because i receive calls from people who are rude, arrogant, patient, inpatient, calm, who don't know what they want, straight forward, slow in decision making ,those who think they know it all yet they don't, know what they want, just to mention but afew. With all that am able to be patient, remain calm, listen carefully and handle each person accordingly.
I normally get customers who don't know the sizes of the children they are buying for clothes most especially those who buy gifts for other people's children for example birthday gifts, baptism gifts, I solve this by asking them to send a current photo of the child they are gifting.
