I experienced as a call center agent. I receive calls everyday. Different type of customer. Irate, slow or good. I handled them with a good attitude. I do also multitasking while the customer talking and i'm advising, i also type what we talked about.
Being employed at early aged is so stressing. You can see your friends finishing studies, while you is at work. But no matter what happens or even my time is running. I will still not giving up. I'll give my best to make it or to have a degree in the future. For my family, and my love one and my future, i'll make it to graduation. Diploma can wait, even my age will get older and older every year. I still need to go to school to study and learn and get knowledge. I'm just experiencing being an adult by working by my own because i need money to support.
