I work as Learning and Development Officer. Here, I am to coach teachers and head teachers on the use of State provided modernqqqqq technology and techniques to be used in carrying out their teaching.
Also in included in this job role is the use of accurate data collation to explain various learning outcomes in our schools in the State. In doing this we equipped ourselves with different techniques in data collection, data processing, data entry and data analysis .
In the course of our interactions with our various team members, we spent many hours doing most of our job online because many of our team members do not stay or work in the same location, hence the need to always interact and work online during the course of our work.
To this end, I want to say that during the course of my work, I have been trained on how to work online conveniently with other people. This can serve for me as advantage in terms of taking up other responsibilities with other organisations in terms of working with them online.
