I am Bortier Vanessa Borley,an undergraduate in the University of Capecoast,Ghana,reading Bachelor of Arts.
I had the opportunity to do an internship for few months at the registry department of a Municipal Assembly,where we mostly input and process information. I really submitted myself to learn a lot at that department. Most at times,I handled all these projects ,but am still willing to learn more.
I recorded files that went in and out of the assembly, I input every information into the books and the computer,scan those files,make copies and keep them at the office and give the original copies to the required authorities. I could also sought out files from various departments when needed and distribute them accordingly.
I also reviewed all letters and stamp them before taking them to the required authorities in and out of the office.I made sure the letters are safely delivered.
