Enter clinical data records into a computer system and process, and analysis the data by using statistical soft wears and generate standard reports. Track data entries, ensuring that all events are promptly entered and generating reports from the online national database system to share with other team members and Ipas NC. Ensure the quality and timely collection, management, and reporting of project data from the community, partners and extension works. Conduct data quality audits on a regular basis and report concerns regarding data in a timely manner.
