About this Talent:
I am a Bsc mathematics undergraduate with at least one years hands-on and indepth professional practice currently working with CIHEB KENYA – on locum activities. Previously i worked with university of maryland in Huruma Lions as a qualified data clerk. I have also worked with the CIHEB at Kenyatta Hospital in data entry activities.
In addition to holding a Bsc. in mathematics and statistics from Catholic University and having experiences within hospitals,I have proffesional training in data quality management, monitoring and evaluation and mortality surveilance methods and strategies.
In my current position, I manage patient level data, maiantain and review facility registers to ensure quality documentation, prepare monthly and quarterly reports through DHIS2, DATIM and 3PM. As the secretary to facility MDT, I support tracking performance of QI projects, conduct RDQAs, oversee data confidentiality measures and provide technical assistance on data utilization for decision making and overall facility performance management.
I am proficeint in EMR systems such Kenya EMR, IQ Care, C-PAD and with practical application of computer skills.
Given my skills and compentence in data management and record keeping , I will be able to collaboratively work as an administrative assistant to the DVC, by ensuring all information is confidential and with my communication skills i will ensure that communication is effective both internally and externally.
