My name is Aditi Mishra
I did my graduattion in 2018 in BCA from IP university.
After that i started my job as customer service representative in voice process
i started my second job in 2020 as process associate .
i handled all queries which are given by the clients, i did issuing , refunds , cashouts . I was multi trained in different processes. it was travel company.
And right now I'm in where i started in Aug 2021 as recruiter.
Here i do the allocation of work, from job opening , sourcing the candidates, and make them apply for the position.Cold calling , screening and offer letter plus i do adhoc task also which are direclty given by clients.
Coming to my family i have my mother who is homemaker , my father who is an advocate and my elder sister and my younger brother.
My hobbies are cooking and learning new things.
I am very harworking and quick learner.
