Good day! I am Phoebe Jolyn D. Lasquite, a licensed Physical Therapist. Most of my work is more on telerehabilitation which includes tasks related to scribing and data entry of various information. Throughout my career, I was able to scribe up to 50 patient data records and charting everday which allows me to hone my skills in typing. Moreover, I am capable of posting classified tracts and Ads up to 30 per day.
Throughout my academic career, I strongly emphasized developing rapport and clinical documentation. I am detail-oriented and meticulous when managing competing priorities under time constraints. As a home health Physical therapist, it is my job to prepare and execute plan of care exercises and assessments to patients in remote areas, securing patient’s notes and medical records for insurance purposes, and scheduling sessions and attending inquiries through phone calls and emails.
One of my duties is to attend to patient’s records and files, manage guardians’ queries on the phone and by email, admin works such as organizing schedules and arranging appointments, and creates plan of care for pediatric patients with physical & mental disabilities to gain independence.
