I am Florily Suralta, I graduated in Business administration major in Financial management, a 4 year course. I do have experience in Call center industry as Technical and Retail support in Amazon. My work is to assist customer in their echo devices, their subscriptions, check the status of their packages and deliveries. I support customer via audio call, chat, and email.
