I am typical woman, daughter, a friend and a wife. I am currently working as a sales receptionist in a motorcycle dealer and interact with various types of customers. Basically, I entertain some customers and sell them some of products that we are selling. It's never an easy job for me since some of our customers are very rude, arrogant and speaks negatively towards us, however, I get to manage the insults that I hear from them I need to understand their frustrations and allow them to vent from the disappointments that they feel from the product. I need to hide the sad emotion that I get because of the insults of the customers because I don't want to lose them. My job is very significant to me because it helps me sustain our needs. The best thing that I have learned from what I have experienced from my job is to remain calm and understanding towards our customers, I need to listen and empathize my customers because they also need to heard. They are not mad to those employees who worked for that product but they are just disappointed to the product that they get that does not satisfies them. I also learned that whatever happens in our work it should stay in workplace and we should not bring it at home. We must have a peaceful mind and heart if we go home. We must remain calm and relaxed at all times. If we go home from work we must put a smile on our face everytime we meet our family and we must respect the boundaries from work to home and from home to work. The best thing to do to have a better life is to respect, understanding, be happy with our workmates and family. Blessed are those people who have jobs to help them sustain their needs.
