1. I have worked with worked within “Iksula Services Pvt. Ltd.” From 21 Feb, 2023 till 25 July, 2023. The main Buave worked with “Iksula Services Pvt. Ltd.” From 21 Feb, 2023 till 25 July, 2023. The main Business Function was for ”Etsy Incorporation Process” based in United States at the position of “Seller/Buyer Operation Agent”. My key responsibility was to provide specialized assistance through Business Communication skills to the queries of the Members purchasing Etsy Products worldwide. The assistance was being provided through Chat Procedure and Email procedure on the basis of Process Knowledge acquired during the Hardcore Training.
2. I have worked with “Maya Global Services Private LTD.” For Financial and Banking Process. I have worked there from 17th Feb, 2022 till 03rd August, 2022 as a Process Manager. My key role was to update the customer’s information over the software and forwarding the same to respective client. Along with it, I was managing the Entire Team towards Company’s Growth and Development.
3. I had worked with “NTT DATA Gobble Services Private Limited” as Senior Executive (05th DEC, 2013 till 18th May 2015) for the Process named “Sabre” where in work profile was to update the details of Hotels across the World in all GDS Platforms. The motive was to ensure that Hotels are easily bookable through all GDS Platforms in order to be booked by Travel Agents. Also took initiative in bringing two Small Businesses in as being successful achievement from the Client.
4. I had worked as a “Process Associate” with “Inter Globe Technologies Private Limited” (IGT) for the Process “KLM Royal Dutch Airlines” Head Quartered in “Amsterdam” from 22nd Feb, 2013 till 11th Nov, 2013. My key responsibilities were Re booking and Notifying the passengers travelling with best available airlines.
