I am lovely Banerjee, having rich experience in telecom & insurance industry.
I have worked as and analyst, product service manager and Senior sales manager in respective industries.
I can communicate & influence customers with ease and address their grievances with proven records.
Also, with my prior experience i have hands on learned knowledge in MS Office and other tools.
I am proficient at maintaininbg data, analysing the same and using it for better reports.
I have operated in call centre module during my journey in Telecom Industry and have managed both inbound and outbound call centre associated as vendors.
