About this Talent:
I'm Elumbe Xavier,a student at Kaimosi Friends University in Kenya taking Bachelor of science (applied statistics with It).I chose survey research and analysis because it's one of the best ways to detect factors affecting various fields like business, agriculture, health among others and providing possible solutions. Therefore I commenced a journey to impact the society, I did research and analysed data to Kaimosi friends University on reasons to why lectures start late after the opening date and came up with possible solutions.It resulted successfully. I also served as a member of Kenyan Independent Electrol Boundaries Commision as a polling clerk to ensure successful free and fare elections,thanks it was indeed successful. I dived into the project of finding the causes of poor living standards in my community and come up with possible solutions.This will base on agriculture, transport, infrastructure, business, unemployment, youth empowerment, position of a girl child,health,education, water supply and irrigation, power supply and finally leadership.
