I have a good communication and listening skills. Also, I speak English fluently.
I have worked in at least two companies as a Customer service agent and as a virtual assistant, where I resolve customer's complaints, listen to them and provide a solution to them.
Sometimes, customers/clients can be rude and even say annoying and insulting words, but as a customer service, I need to be calm, give them a listening ear and sort out their complaints.
Most importantly, it is my duty to ensure that the clients are calm and satisfied in the long run.
As a virtual assistant, I attend to complaints online, take down their complaints and provide beneficial responses or solutions to their needs to satisfy them and ensure they are not in doubt of the company's services.
