I work in a BPO for 3 years, In that 3 years I was able to become a Technical support of Comcast, one of the largest telecommunication company in USA. I also worked as a customer service representative in a Retail acount. Lastly, I worked as a Vistual assistant, scheduling a technician visit is what I did.
With these experience of mine I can assure you that in terms of handling customers through phone call or chat, I could handle it with ease.
as a college student I'm also well versed in Technology like Microsoft words. I can also be a good assistant if you're willing to let me experience it.
