My name is Zainab Bello, I applied for part time home based daily payment job. I have quick typing skills and also experienced in data entry. Also, I have three years experience as a customer support analyst. I attend to inbound calls, webchats and emails. I pay attention to every details of the customer's complaints, request or enquiry and assist the customer immediately or escalates issues to the resolving unit and ensure a follow up mail for update after few hours depending on resolution time for that complaint. I can attend to atleast 70 customer's call per day same with emails. I can attend 50 webchats.
